ORIX METRO Appoints Lito P. Ondevilla as President of OMLF Insurance Agency, Inc.

The ORIX METRO Group announces the appointment of First Vice President Lito P. Ondevilla as President of OMLF Insurance Agency, Inc. (OIA), following the approval of the OIA Board. His appointment takes effect on October 1, 2025.

The leadership appointment underscores ORIX METRO’s commitment to strengthening its insurance business and accelerating growth across its non-interest income segments. President Ondevilla brings with him over 25 years of extensive experience within the ORIX METRO Group, marked by a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution.

Throughout his career, President Ondevilla has held key leadership roles across multiple business units, including the OMLF Marketing Group, ORC Marketing, Operations, Fleet Management, and the warehousing business of OMLF International Trading & Development Corp. (OITDC). His broad exposure and deep institutional knowledge position him well to lead OIA toward sustained growth, enhanced profitability, and increased market relevance.

In addition to his new role, President Ondevilla will continue to serve concurrently as General Manager of OITDC, a dual leadership arrangement aligned with ORIX Corporation’s strategic direction to reinforce and expand its diversified, non-interest income businesses across the Group.
