Any employee, who believes he or she has been unlawfully harassed, or has any other complaint under this policy, should bring the matter to the attention of supervision Management immediately, and provide a full and accurate report of the underlying facts. Employees are urged to report first to their immediate supervisor, but this is not required if the employee feels uncomfortable in doing so, or if the employee believes his or her supervisor is violating this policy. In all cases, employees are free to report such problems directly to any officer of the Company, the Human Resources Department or the President. Employees are encouraged but not required to present their complaints in writing, and should identify any witnesses, as well as any relevant documents or other evidence.
